Rental Fees

The following applies to the rental fees of our community/recreation centers:

A 2-hour minimum is required for most rentals.
Rules apply for decorations and heavy kitchen use/additional $25.00 cleaning fee may apply based on type of rental.
A deposit of $50.00 is due at the time the reservation is made to secure the date of your desired rental, with the remaining balance due at least three (3) business days prior to rental date. Renters must visit the center in person, pay a $50.00 deposit and sign a rental agreement to secure rentals.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than thirty (30) days in advance = 25% of deposit retained by Recreation and Parks. Cancellations made less than fourteen (14) days in advance = 100% of deposit retained by Recreation and Parks.
